By telephone or in person, you’ll get to speak to your host who is a certified sommelier. They will share options, packages and themes to help create the GUSTO experience.

One of the most important questions that will be asked, is what foods will be served if at all, whether it’s just hoer d’oeuvres, desserts or a sit down dinner that encompasses a number of courses.

If your event requires catering, GUSTO has you covered! With access to a caterer that shares the same passion and enthusiam for food as we do for wine, fine spirits and cigars; we are able to truely pair your Ultimate Tasting Experience.

After the initial consultation, we will begin to prepare a package that will complement your ideas and that will create an experience that will be remembered.

Your host will then present the package to you with any available options along with the list of wines and/or liquor that is recommended for your event. GUSTO can guide its clients through the purchasing process but any alcohol transactions has to be made by the client.

GUSTO is founded on the princicple of providing an educational experience. Wine, Liquor and Cigars are our means to provide that experience. We feel we can provide the best value and deal for our clients by not selling wine, spirits or cigars, but rather by working with our friends in the industry.

Please note: Because of strict TABC restrictions, GUSTO cannot be responsible for purchasing or delivering wine from the vendor. (Strict TABC laws do not allow a non-store front business such as GUSTO to sell alcohol directly to a consumer.)

Your host will arrive approximately one hour before your guests to prepare for your GUSTO tasting experience. They will bring glassware and information material on each of the wines and/or liquor you’ve selected. He/she will also bring all other necessary items to perform all aspects of the tasting completely to your satisfaction.
